Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This policy explains how dedeis (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit dedeis.com or contact us through it. We collect only what we need to answer you.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, the details you give: your name, email address and message and, if you add them, your phone number and company. We also note the page of our site you sent the message from. With each message we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address it came from, only to stop repeated spam, and erase it after 30 days; the address itself is never stored.
- Technical data. Like every website, ours is delivered through a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes the technical information needed to show the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request. We do not use this information to identify you.
- No tracking. Our website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It does not set cookies or keep any information about you in your browser, apart from the security check on the contact form described below. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so your browser does not contact Google when you visit. When you start filling in the contact form, the page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the message comes from a person and not a bot. For this check, Cloudflare may store strictly necessary security data in your browser, in cookies or in local storage.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and discuss the services you asked about.
- To prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before a contract, on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a secure website, and on your consent where you give it.
Who handles it
We share your information only with the service providers that run our website and email, and only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects our website and its contact form, and stores the messages sent through the form.
- Resend, which delivers the form’s messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider, which stores the emails we receive.
These providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, they protect it with recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose information when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and details for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any work that follows, and as our record of the enquiries we receive. If you become a client, we keep the related records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect it
Our website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to your messages is limited to the dedeis team and the providers listed above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or limit how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent. To use any of these rights, email us at info@dedeis.com. We will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Our website is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information about them.
Other websites
Links to other websites, such as our social media profiles, take you to services with their own privacy policies.
